Corporate Wellness Program

 
Employers can qualify to have a Health Risk Assessment Program brought to their place of employment without any employer investment. Together with  with a national non-profit organization, the US Wellness Chamber of Commerce, Dr. Cavallo and Dr Altieri help bring awareness and attention to the importance of identifying health risks among employees and their families.  The Healthy People 2010 Grant is a private grant seeking to help companies identify and reduce employee risk through a wellness model.
 
Why Focus on Risk?
Behavioral and lifestyle risks are the main drivers of medical claims, absenteeism, and lost of productivity. In short, the more risks, the more it costs employers. Proactively identifying these risks can help improve your bottom line.
 
Program includes:
  • a validated Health Risk Assessment designed to identify the both risk and readiness for change for all three categories of risk - physical, mental/emotional, and financial/legal. (We average 97% participation!)
  • Basic Bio-metric Collection package (weight, blood pressure, body fat%) (Expanded Bio-metric collection available for a small fee)
  • Personal Health Report Card for each employee
  • One 15 minute one-on-one, face-to-face Consulation with a local Health Coach
  • Monthly on-site, group-based educational classes
  • Employer tools for tracking results and promotional materials
